  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping through private couriers, Indian postal service and through delivery partners like Dunzo for local deliveries in Pune.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited and express shipping options may have shorter delivery times.


International Shipping

  • Availability: We offer international shipping to major countries.

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, or a combination of both.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number provided by the shipping agent. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Claims: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at help@vandoos.food within two days of receiving your order. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please report on the email id and we will do the needful.


Shipping Address Changes

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address before your order ships.


Force Majeure

  • Delays: We will not be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labour disputes, or acts of God.
