As a standard Quality Control procedure, we strictly do the following:

Monitor critical control points (CCPs) throughout the production process.
Verify that production processes are being followed correctly.

Final Inspection:

Conduct sensory evaluations as needed.
Verify that labelling is accurate and complete.
Sampling and Testing:
Implement a sampling plan to collect representative samples of products for testing.
Conduct laboratory tests to verify product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain records of test results.
2. Employee Training and Development
Training Programs: Provide training to all employees on food safety, quality control procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

3. Documentation and Recordkeeping
Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all quality-related activities, including inspection results, test data, and training records.
Record Retention: Retain records for the required period as specified by regulatory authorities.
4. Internal Audits and Corrective Actions
Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QA system and identify areas for improvement.
Corrective Actions: Implement corrective actions promptly to address any identified non-conformities.
