  • Complying to the Quality procedures set out by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)

  • Adhering to established food safety standards and practices.

1. Quality Control Procedures

As a standard Quality Control procedure, we strictly do the following:

  • Incoming Inspection: 

    • Verify that raw materials and ingredients meet specified quality standards.

    • Inspect for defects, contamination, or damage.

    • Document inspection results.

  • Process Control: 

    • Monitor critical control points (CCPs) throughout the production process.

    • Verify that production processes are being followed correctly.

    • Collect and analyse data to identify trends and potential issues.

  • Final Inspection: 

    • Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and compliance with specifications.

    • Conduct sensory evaluations as needed.

    • Verify that labelling is accurate and complete.

  • Sampling and Testing: 

    • Implement a sampling plan to collect representative samples of products for testing.

    • Conduct laboratory tests to verify product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Maintain records of test results.


2. Employee Training and Development

  • Training Programs: Provide training to all employees on food safety, quality control procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Continuous Learning: Encourage continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


3. Documentation and Recordkeeping

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all quality-related activities, including inspection results, test data, and training records.

  • Record Retention: Retain records for the required period as specified by regulatory authorities.


4. Internal Audits and Corrective Actions

  • Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QA system and identify areas for improvement.

  • Corrective Actions: Implement corrective actions promptly to address any identified non-conformities.


5. Continuous Improvement

  • Review and Update: Regularly review and update the QA plan to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with changing requirements.

  • Data Analysis: Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Customer Feedback: Solicit and address customer feedback to enhance product quality and satisfaction.
