Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation will be allowed only if the order you had placed is cancelled within 5 hours. No cancellation is allowed beyond 5 hours. 

We choose our delivery partners judiciously for timely deliveries. However, Vandoo’s will not be liable for delays if any, after the order has been shipped from our facility.

If the order is cancelled on account of unforeseen circumstances or force measures, your amount will be credited to your wallet, and you will be able to use it for your future purchases.

We request our customers to strictly adhere to the terms of the website use while placing the orders. Vandoo’s will have sole discretion to cancel any suspicious-looking orders and to deny future access to such accounts.

Refund to your original bank account will be processed within 5-7 working days. Wallet refunds are processed on the same day.
